REGISTER: To take advantage of our online features, you must first create an account. You will be asked to provide information to validate your identity. We do this for your security and protection. All forms on our site are processed securely and all information is encrypted.

PRE-REGISTRATION: This enables you to complete your health forms online to help you save time during the office visit. Health forms may be filled out by typing directly on the forms. Completed forms can then be printed. This enables you to come with all paperwork complete for the office visit, thus saving your precious time at the time of the visit. After you Create An Account and complete Pre-Registration, please fee free to explore and take advantage of the various interactive features on our website. We will make every effort to respond to your request within 24-48 hours. If you do not get a response for more than 48 hours please call our office.

MY PATIENT PAGE: Once you have created an account, you can go to the My Patient Page of our website and enter your User ID and Password. From your My Patient Page, you can update your insurance information, e-mail address and password. You can also view your history of previous online encounters with our website. You must first REGISTER and SIGN IN on our website and in order to access our online features.

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS: You can request a specific appointment date or time on our website and we will try our best to arrange for your appointment at our office as you requested and we will securely inform you about the date and time of your scheduled appointment.

REFERRALS: We can issue referrals to any specialist that the patient needs electronically securely through our web site, so that the specialist can have all the information needed to provide optimal consultation and treatment for our established patients.

PRESCRIPTION RENEWAL: Most prescription refill requests for our established patients except for controlled substances can be approved online through this website. The patient will simply enter in their prescription information and make their refill request. We will communicate securely to the patient through our website or by telephone to complete the prescription renewal process. Prescription refill authorizations can be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy. In certain situations it would be necessary for you to come for an office visit prior to authorizing a prescription refill to reevaluate the medical condition and adjust the treatment accordingly.

VIRTUAL OFFICE VISIT: This feature allows you to receive medical advice and treatment for certain minor medical conditions without going into the office. A Virtual Office Visit is a medical consultation, provided online to you using secure technology. You will be able to complete a thorough patient history form focused on your symptoms. We will review the information that you enter to provide specific medical advice and a treatment plan which may or may not include a prescription that can be called in or faxed to your preferred pharmacy. We will securely communicate directions on your treatment plan. Once we respond, you will be able to select "My Messages" from your My Patient Page to view the response. This communication is HIPAA-compliant and replaces unnecessary repetitive phone tag. All information is encrypted, secure and subject to all patient/physician privilege laws. Our web services will be administered by Medfusion.net and only our established patients will be eligible for these services. Virtual office visits do not establish a doctor-patient relationship, and are not a substitute for a personal office visit. Online technology like this is endorsed by the American Medical Association.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS: We are currently able to call you and remind you of your appointment 2 days ahead of your scheduled appointment. When you receive an automated appointment reminder call. We can also call you and remind you to schedule an appointment to discuss your test results or to follow up on your medical condition. When you get an automated reminder to schedule an appointment with us, you can either call our office to schedule an appointment or request an appointment securely online through this website and we will notify you of the date and time of your next appointment.

LAB RESULTS: We are currently able to securely and confidentially report laboratory results and x-ray results online for our established patients. You will need to first REGISTER and completely fill the online PRE-REGISTRATION medical history health forms on this website to be able to use this feature. After you create an account and fill the online medical history health forms, we will be able to access your lab and test results online 24 hours a day. All you need to do to see a summary of your results and save or print your lab result is to REGISTER and enter your own unique User ID and SIGN IN with your USER ID and Password that you created when you first registered on this website. Please remember that the User ID and Password are case sensitive. A summary of your test results will be available online in about 48 to 72 hours and no later than one week from the time you complete the test. The results will remain available for a period of 2 weeks after they are posted to the website. Only our established patients that are fully registered on this website and completed Pre-registration will have their test results posted securely and confidentially on the website. Please remember that you have to REGISTER and completely fill the online PRE-REGISTRATION medical history health forms to be able to use this feature. Of course we are still available in the office during office hours to assist you with all your health care needs.

PERSONAL HEALTH RECORDS:Established patients are now able to enter and track their own complete medical history and encounters with their specialists online and access that information using their secure User ID and Password anywhere in the world.
