"Deadly" by Heather Savage
"This company almost killed our entire family by installing the wrong unit in our home. They put in a natural gas furnace into a home that uses propane. They failed to use a conversion kit. We were all very sick and had to call 911 on three occasions because our carbon monoxide detector was going off. We are lucky to be alive and not in the hospital. When we called Norm to tell him our concerns his reply was, "I'm not apologizing to you or your family." Don't go here; you may lose your life or your home. "
