Brian was awesome. Feels good to feel appreciated while on the road and away from family. Nice location and newly remodeled room was also nice. Restaurant was open so that was helpful during long days. There seemed to be a higher up manager on Wednesday night and he was very supportive helpful and working with others to truly make sure the hotel ran to courtyard standard. I did not get his name but he was dressed very nice and aware of all aspects. Kudos to him and the team! Shout out to the girls in the morning for my coffee and for the girls in the afternoon making the food. Very great atmosphere. It's appreciated for all you do to make this great experience. It's not unnoticed.Report

Decent, parking is screwyReport
Put a friend up there for four nights. The place is secure, it's well maintained, the staff is accommodating, it's in a nice part of Santa Rosa and it's close to a hospital. I would go back.ReportRe: Put a friend up there for ... Courtyard Santa Rosa replied on Sunday, November 7th 2021Dear Mitchell, Thank you so much for the great review! Nice hotel. Clean and well kept. Hotel is under renovations so be prepared for some noise. Staff was disengaged. Service was poor. The property can be very nice if some attention can be paid to details. Not ideal spot if looking for Bonvoy Perks.Report
Stayed 9 nights. Great location for everything. Good restaurants within a short walk. The cafe/bar in the hotel had a good selection. Every night Even with construction there was quiet evenings and nights rest. The staff is awesome. Everyone from housekeeping to the managers goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. This is our go to place to stay when visiting wine country.ReportRe: Stayed 9 nights. Great l ...
