I have extensive experience representing individuals and businesses of all sizes, including representing companies in a wide range of cases, such as construction defect lawsuits, habitability and toxic tort litigation, land use and real property disputes, product liability litigation, and personal injury and premises liability matters. I also have a broad background in general business and commercial law with an emphasis on litigation and corporate governance and operations, and have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in breach of contract, real estate, labor and employment, medical/dental malpractice, and in landlord-tenant disputes.

Working with construction industry clients, I also provide advice on compliance with California's mechanic's lien laws, prepare and enforce mechanics' liens and stop payment notices, and represent clients in actions to collect on unpaid invoices.
