We wanted to fly out on a particular day and we were willing to pay the change fees, but they kept saying they could get those waived if we flew one day later. However, 5 days after constant calls, we were told the fees cannot be waived and now the booking we wanted for earlier is no longer available. We ended up booking the later day, paying the fee and then ending up delayed in Frankfurt for a day and a half! While we understand no one can control weather related circumstances, we would have been fine had they allowed us to book the original itinerary. The service and response time was unacceptable.Report
