Yoga has many benefits; it reduces stress and builds strength, flexibility and balance.

We offer gentle yoga classes for relaxation and rejuvenation in the styles of Iyengar and Sivananda. We also feature more active strength-building classes that draw upon the traditions of Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Power Yoga, while keeping our room at a pleasant temperature.
