This hotel is suppose to be smoke free but many units smell of cigarettes. I had to change rooms. I only stayed two nights pre-paid and used a credit card for incidentals $250 and checked out on 12/8/21 and I still have a hold on my credit card. Two staff memebers promised they would go the extra mile and call my credit card company and provide verification for immedate release but this was and has not been done. I have called several times to speak to a supervisor but I get the run around and no returned call back. During the holidays consumer finaces are spread thin and tight. I would not recommed or rebook this hotel. Thank you!Report

The hallways smelled of urineReport
Positive: Good price and location for a very nice but not fancy room. Negative: Not a lot of nearby parking-but parking area was under construction.Report
It's appalling to know that this is a Marriott affiliated hotel. The room was decent and the bed is very comfortable, but the carpet definitely needs a deep cleaning. They should stop advertising that they provide breakfast. The breakfast is a bagel and cream cheese or a biscuit sandwich, yogurt and coffee. The entrance is barely noticeable. There's no awning in case you have to check in during inclement weather. Parking is atrocious and was the worst part of my stay. There are minimal parking spots near the entrance of the property. All other parking is a around the corner and a far distance away. When I checked in, I was told that I could park at the Fairfield Inn which is adjacent to the property. I verified this at the front desk the next morning because it didn't sound right. The person at the front desk said that's not correct and the person that told me that was in training.Report
People were constantly loitering around the entrance doors and patio smoking marijuana. It seems like there's only one luggage cart. It was not available when I checked in so Maya had to get a laundry cart. I never saw the luggage rack during my 3-night stay.
My floor was filthy, so at 8:30, I asked the person at front desk to have someone vacuum the room while I was gone. She wrote it down and said she'd get someone on it. I returned to the room at 5:30pm to discover the floor hadn't been cleaned. I went to the front desk and talked to Rita. She asked me who I informed about the floor in the morning. I told her that I didn't know the lady's name and she should know who works the front desk. Rita told me that they only do that type of cleaning on Monday and Wednesday and that there was nobody to do it and it will get done tomorrow morning.
There was loud music coming from cars in the parking lot late at night.
Chelsea checked me out. She was very polite and professional.
Good overall but thought they would atleast have toothpaste but didn't.Report
