Terrible waiting time to get checked in & at the food line. It doesnt matter if you buy online because you still have to check in for the wristbands at the desk. You can clearly see the manager on the phone in their office & 1 struggling at the check in for all the families.Report

Unclean staff and facilityReport
Attended a birthday party this past weekend and I witnessed two staff members walk out of a bathroom stall and straight out the door. No hand washing, not even a rinse. One of the women was pointed out as the party coordinator. They served us food!!!! My daughter got sick the next day, sore throat. I do NOT recommend a party package. Giving two stars per the children enjoyed the jumping portion

UNCLEAN facility and staff. Attended Sky Zone for a birthday party on Saturday 7/08. The restroom had little to no soap. I witnessed 2 staff members walk out of the restroom stall and straight out the door. One of the women even heard me tell the host I had seen one of the staff not wash her hands, and she walked out the restroom (without so much as a rinse) WITHOUT SHAME! I'm so shocked! They served us food!!! My daughter felt sick the following day, sore throat. I would not recommend a party package as the staff demonstrated their habits... Giving 2 Stars as the children enjoyed jumpingReport

Fun place for the kids. Not just trampolines. I have the subscription for now, for my 2 boys, currently 6 and 15. It's more fun for the younger kids.Report
If you get the subscription, food court is discounted.
They had free lockers before, but recently started charging, a little disappointing.
Boys bathrooms are generally pretty, but often out of paper towels.
Anyway, they have sections for:
Toddlers
larger section for the big kids
Dodge ball area
Gladiator(knock each other off with padded things)
Jump pit with large .. cushion?
Laser tag
Active video game, using feet
Trampoline basketball hoops
Small Arcade
Also have massage chairs which actually do pretty good. Try it.

Question for the staff, my son requires shoes with foam soles to walk due to Achilles Tendon Lengthing Surgery. So he can't run around with socks or weight bearing without shoes. So are socks required? Inside the whole entire place?Report
