A couple weeks back our pressure switch went out on our pump in Manton. On a Friday night, of course. I had no way to diagnose the problem and thought our 20 year old pump might have bitten the dust. We called J&J and their service technician Dustin phoned us back that night and made an appointment to come out Saturday afternoon. In the interim I was cleaning the area and bumped the pressure switch and it kicked back on. I phoned Dustin--who was on his way to Manton--and explained what had happened. He felt that the pressure switch points may have been fouled or damaged. He was ready to walk me through cleaning them, but when I asked if replacing the switch was a viable option, he said yes and that Reed's market in nearby Shingletown had them in stock. I drove up the hill, bought and switch, and made the repair myself. I never would have been able to do that without Dustin's knowledge and advice. He saved us a considerable amount of money (a weekend charge for an emergency visit and whatever the cost of him replacing the switch would have been) as well getting our water back on in a timely fashion during this summer heat. We are very thankful to J&J for not only having such smart and capable employees, but also allowing them the leeway to make a diagnoses and give advice over the phone if that better serves the person calling. Needless to say we will always call J&J with any future well or pump problems. Thanks again, Dustin!

Our well pump went out on a Saturday morning and I wasn’t having any luck getting calls returned even from “on-call service persons” .I called
J&J Pumps in Anderson on Sunday on someone’s recommendation and had a great experience with them. Dustin Silva and his co-worker ended up getting to my place Sunday evening after working all day on someone else’s well problem. They diagnosed the problem, got the necessary parts and by 10:00 pm I had running water. Dustin kept me informed of their schedule and how much longer before they would arrive. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I can’t say enough about J&J Pumps in Anderson.

J&j is the place to to use when you need well and pump work. Dustin was awesome and very helpful bthe did the install several years ago and then a repair recently. Great people great place

Top-notch business! Their customer service, skills, and knowledge have exceeded my expectations. This is my first experience with J&J Pumps after moving into a home with their equipment. They took the time to listen to my problem, sent a team right away to assess and repair, and took the time to explain how the whole system works. I'm impressed. Professional job and on time

Water started spewing from our well parts. Called J&J and they came out the same day. The tech Aaron was polite, professional and efficient. Fixed our problem quick and at a reasonable price. Thanks J& J, we recommend!
