LifeStyles INFOCUS™ is a woman owned, family business based in San Diego that serves as a Wellness Solution for companies, organizations, and communities both locally and nationwide. After spending years interacting with parents and families while owning a motor skill development gymnastics program, my mother (Toni) and I (Jessica) realized that the single best way to educate and build trust with a parent, a child, was face to face – to be able to see the whites of their eyes. We have both worked in the health and wellness industry for decades – she via food and healing and more recently training to be a certified CHOPRA educated Ayurvedic lifestyles teacher, and myself having worked in the biotech industry researching and viewing disease from the very micro level. Together we believe that each person has the power to make real changes in their own lives – but not without a little help. That’s where LSI comes in.
