Peninsula HealthCare Connection is free and offers:
Primary Care: Family physicians see children and adults of all ages. We provide some diagnostic testing by special arrangement with community laboratories.

Psychiatry, Counseling, Therapy: Psychiatrists and counselors provide an array of services including medication, care management and therapy.

Dermatology Care: Specialty physician sees patients for skin problems.

Intensive Case Management: The Santa Clara County Full Service Program (FSP) offers “whatever it takes” services to enable those with multiple psychiatric hospitalizations to live independently in their communities.

Stanford Law Team, Disability Analysts: Assists clients in applying for Social Security Disability, other benefit programs, and appeal representation.

Prescription Drug Programs: Help obtain low cost medication programs.

Social Services: Assessment and referrals to community services and linkages.

Wellness, Job Skills Classes, Special Events: Groups and classes are offered including a vocational mentoring group, yoga, and chemical health.

InnVision Courtyard: A day drop in center which provides daily access for laundry facility, showers, and bathrooms. Free daily lunch, breakfast, snacks and special event dinners are provided at no cost.

Dental Care: Santa Clara's County's Mobile Dental Van comes each Wednesday. No cost arrangements with community dentists for qualifying clients teeth restoration.
