This place is a 10 star +. Hospitality is on top of my list as well. Very well appointed. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Fabulous breakfasts and a good place to hang about in the evenings. The Renaissance is a peaceful and tranquil place. My favorite place so far in the desert! I highly recommend this place.Report

Everything was perfect from check in to check out.
The room was clean and modern.
The facilities are incredible. The jacuzzi and swimming pool are worth doing. The bar is cosy and the staff very friendly.
The lobby itself is very nice and makes you feel special.

Excellent hotel! It has the biggest pool in Palm Springs and the hot tub is huge. Made lots of great vacation friends in the hot tub while racking up an astronomical tab for drinks. If freedom isn't free then neither should the pool drinks I guess. The main drag is a 3 block walk and has restaurants and wine bars along the route.
