On-The-Sand.com has been family owned and operated since 1997 and we take great pride in the service we've given over the years. The company started when Scott & Vickie Warr bought their own condo at North Coast Village for a family getaway and rented it out almost two decades ago. The company has grown quite a bit since then and has even been passed down a generation, but we still stand behind the core principles the company was founded on: genuine and personable service, honesty, and going the extra mile.
Our goal is that once you rent from us you will feel at home and make it a yearly tradition.
