"I lived there for five years----reason property prices were sky high. The staff was incompendent---the halls were always dirty, the remodeled apartments were done by amatures, toliets were not level, door stoppers would break on impact--and monthly inspections--for one thing or the other--you felt that you were a prisoner in your own home---got out and purchased a townhouse in May of 2009-- that was the Worst place I've every lived in."
