Mike and team are still the best ! We did the remaining windows and they go all out to keep the customer happy. Everything is cleaned up spotless after the job is done and all installation details are discussed transparently. If you have to trust a business; I would recommend R&M for your needs.

Hi Mario, I am so sorry we were unable to help you with your door request. Your information is correct, we do not stock doors. The reason for this is, we custom order all our doors per our customers needs. We make sure to have the correct jamb size, swing and other door details. We are always happy to help with what you need, but unfortunately it will take some time to receive. Feel free to reach out with anything else you might need.

I just had all of my windows replaced by this company and I cannot complain! They were on time, easy to work with, answered my many questions with ease (and there were ALOT of questions, the pricing was right on point with the other quotes I received & most of all they were very clean when doing the install! They rolled out tarps to protect my interior floors (as well as my front lawn) removed & reinstalled all of my window treatments......and handled my puppies with ease :)

I DEFINETELY recommend this company to all! Great job R&M Windows and crew!

R&M replaced the solarium windows in our house. We've been looking the last few years for a suitable replacement but most did not have a one piece design until we talked with R&M. We were thrilled to hear that PlyGem offered a one piece design that would eliminate the water leaks. Other window companies suggested we close off the solarium part of window while or use a two piece design which is the original design that led to water leaks. The R&M team took care of removing the old window, dry rot cleanup and repair, replace insulation, install new window and window sill, re-stucco and painted exterior wall, re-textured and painted the interior wall. The team was very professional making sure to keep dust and debris to a minimum while working inside the house. They hauled away the old window and demo debris. They cleaned up the outside before leaving each day. I really enjoyed working with the R&M team and would not hesitate to recommend them as well have them come back to replace the other windows in our house.

For the past four years I have contacted R&M to install a window or two (too expensive to have them all done at once) a year. The windows look good, they muffle the sound from outside, and they are more efficient at keeping the elements out. I have wondered if I could get a better price (it seems high to me), but they do such a good job installing the windows and then cleaning them-- plus I trust them-- that I just go with what I know.

The process working with the team at R & M was painless from start to finish. They were very helpful taking us through the window options and answering our questions. When the time came to install, it was done in a reasonable time frame. We had one issue with a window arriving with a mispositioned pane from the manufacturer. They took care of it and replaced it as soon as the accurate part arrived. I would have no problem referring R & M in the future.

I needed a new side door and contacted Mike, the owner, on Yelp. I got a very quick and positive response. I then talked to Mike over the phone and he was really helpful and took the time to explain the options I had and he gave me a rough quote which was acceptable. Then Mike came over to look at the details, took some more time to explain the process and challenges. All of this happened fast and very smoothly. They are also very punctual.
A few days later, I got a formal quote from Vanessa, the office manager. Then we worked on scheduling the work. They were very helpful and were able to get the work done on a Saturday, which really helped. Jorge did the work. He was very meticulous, courteous, and worked skillfully. He did a good job at cleaning up too. So far, I am very happy with the work they did. All throughout R&M was professional, helpful and it seems they carry their name well: Quality is their moto.
I would recommend R&M to anyone needing a new Door.
