Add ReviewLocal records office send me a letter a few days ago, not knowing who this company was I was a bit skeptical. For some reason or another, I decided to order the $89 packet or what they call a "property history report". I paid over the phone and waited for my report for over 2 weeks. When I received the packet I was amazed by the detailed information on my home that was on there. It had the population in my city, the foreclosed homes in my area and even a paper copy of my deed (that was still under the bank's name that is). Out of 5 stars, I give the "local records office" a 4-star review. I deducted a star because of the time it got to me.Report
