Customer Service: When Jonny works with a client, he spends several hours imparting years of in-depth knowledge, both academic and practical, enabling the client to make a well informed decision. It is critical to understand the journey of a rough diamond from the dirt through the cutting process and why two diamonds of the same carat weight, color and clarity can be so very different in price. After a sale Jonny will always take care of his clients and their jewelry, whether it is resizing, appraising or recommending highly rated insurance services.
Jonny Ritz & Company, Inc. was founded 18 years ago when Jonny realized that, with his unique experience, he could offer personal service, fine jewelry expertise and non-retail pricing to his clientele. Jonny meets with clients in his office in Los Angeles, but phone consultations are not uncommon for out of town customers.
Custom design is Jonny's specialty. Jonny is renowned for designing the perfect engagement ring without ever meeting the bride-to-be. After consulting with the man, getting to know him and asking many questions about his intended bride, Jonny will recommend a design that always dazzles.
