After a sale Jonny will always take care of his clients and their jewelry, whether it is resizing, appraising or recommending highly rated insurance services.

Jonny meets with clients in his office in Los Angeles, but phone consultations are not uncommon for out of town customers.
Custom design is Jonny's specialty. Jonny is renowned for designing the perfect engagement ring without ever meeting the bride-to-be. After consulting with the man, getting to know him and asking many questions about his intended bride, Jonny will recommend a design that always dazzles.
