George and Kristie Pabst joined forces in 1981 to form Pabst, Kinney & Associates - a full service real estate brokerage, property management and investment company. Due to an unequaled commitment to quality service, the company has grown into one of the most respected real estate firms in the area.

The Property Management department currently services over 250 apartment buildings, 150 homes or condos, and 12 commercial buildings. We also do homeowner association management. The occupancy rate is 97% on the 2,500 units managed. A staff of forty experienced professionals provides the day-to-day leadership to make income properties perform to their potential.
