This is my 1st experience with them and I am totally satisfied. Fast, efficient, and always quick to keep me updated on all aspects of my claim. They are awesome

I was in an accident late last year and didn't know what to do. I called McGee, Lerer and Associates and spoke to Catherine for my consultation. She was very nice, very informative, and put my mind at ease. Nick was the one that helped with my case and they took care of everything so I didn't have any stress and I was able to focus on recovering. I had very good experience with this law firm as to compare with others that I have used in the past. Although my accident was not that serious to where I needed a lot of work, but they worked hard at giving me an excellent return. They also referred me to a very good chiropractor located in Lakewood with an excellent staff. God forbid that if I ever get into another accident, I will be calling them once again!

In 2016 I was rear ended by a young driver who was texting while driving downhill and collided with me at full speed while I was stopped at a red light. When I got home that evening after going to the Urgent Care for an exam, I knew that I needed to find a good lawyer in my area. I was very happy to find Catherine has an office conveniently near my home. Her practice is with her partner and husband Dan McGee, and it is among the highest rated in reviews in the entire area. Google five stars is certainly well deserved.

I felt very strongly that by them having an office nearby meant that I would essentially be better served. This was in fact the case because when I called it was well after normal business hours and Catherine not only took my call, but listened to my entire story and offered to take my case. She provided me immediate counsel with a suggested plan for my medical treatment and a legal case. I felt sure right away that I would be okay and that I would receive proper medical care and fair, sincere representation in making a claim with the responsible party's insurance company.

Given the fact that I had severe whiplash and other significant injuries, my recovery plan required months of chiropractic care and treatment, at a doctor that I selected, and I have recovered since the treatment has ended. My car was badly damaged but was repaired by a highly rated local shop of my choosing that used original manufacturer parts and gave a generous 1 year warranty on all parts and labor of the entire repair.

The responsible party's well-known large insurance company felt that my case was not significant and did not want to settle my claim. So Catherine asked Dan McGee to arrange for a deposition on my behalf, which he attended with me. He then arranged for the responsible party's deposition as he had fled to Texas to avoid the case. He was found, served the proper paperwork, and deposed. His insurance company convinced him to move back to L.A. and to be available for the proceeding and settlement of this case. As it turned out this case went to an actual courtroom trial, and Dan was absolutely superb in his conduct, presentation, and professionalism. The Jury deliberated for a short while and voted entirely in our favor, thus returning a verdict in the case to my satisfaction.

Catherine, Dan, and their entire team proved to me that I found the best legal representation when I made the call and selected their office in this case. I of course had many questions both large and small that came up through the process. They took the time to explain things in a clear and gentle manner that gave me the best understating of the issue and detail at hand, even on the weekend on a Sunday!!! it was absolutely superb!

I am sincerely pleased with the level of their caring and experienced service and thankful that they took pride and genuine professionalism in their work. This influenced a very positive feeling throughout my case and certainly gave me a lot of peace of mind. I was involved in an auto accident back on 10/23/19. I had no idea what to do, who to contact, how to deal with insurance, how I was going to get around without a car and how I was going to fix my car. I never been through any situation like this. My brother found McGee, Lerer & Associates and it was the best call I made. When I called I spoke with Nick Ramirez who explained everything to me and helped me. There was no rush, no pressure..... it was genuine caring over the phone and telling me what options I had. I signed the retainer that same day and started medical treatment the next. The police report stated the accident was caused by the other driver doing an unsafe turn, however, his insurance wanted to play long ball and try to turn this into my fault. I knew this was a possibility as explained from the beginning and now my case would take a few extra months to get settled. Nick kept me current on what was happening throughout this entire process and finally today my case has settled with the insurance company and I am 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend this firm and Nick to anyone. Thank you Nick for everything you did and helping me get through this!!!!
