About Body Mastery
Body Mastery is a personal training business for people just starting out or anyone looking to get to that next level of fitness. We have been doing this for 20 yrs. and all training is done with heart monitors to make it not only safe but effective. Circuit training is the norm for people looking to maximize their time and money.
If you are looking for a bootcamp this is not for you. We have a private training studio that is just for you and either my wife Victoria or myself.

Services Body Mastery Offers
Our main service is personal training but we also do nutritional counseling to maximize results. We offer in home training as well, and often set people up with personally tailored routines that they can then do on their own. Most of our people keep coming back to us because it is a personalized service that creates long lasting relationships. You work with one trainer in a private studio where there are no other clients or trainers. Come as you are, there is no one to impress.
