This is a great place...I can have my dog, my apartment has new carpet, I have a garage and its clean and quiet.Report
I am a two-timer here at Las Brisas. I moved away for work several years ago but never forgot what a great community this was: Excellent management, top maintenance and a great location - hard to beat. Work brought me back to OC and I knew where to go - right back to Las Brisas! Michelle is an awesome manager and she was still there when I showed up three years later. She hooked me up with another great apartment, I moved right in and here I'm staying!Report

I have since moved to their sister property, Sandpiper - off Beach Boulevard - but I will always have a special place in my heart for my beloved Las Brisas Apartments. My two bedroom was HUGE, I had a great patio and they accepted by big doggie, "Duino". Some of my happiest times were spent living at Las Brisas. With promotions come moves, and now I'm at a larger community where I have more responsibilities...but Las Brisas is always on my mind....Report
