SJ Nutrition owner, Sandra, is a registered dietitian nutritionist with a great passion for helping people eat well and regain their health. In addition to a Masters in Public Health Nutrition degree from Loma Linda University, she successfully completed a double major undergrad in Nutrition and Business Management. Being open-minded is one of Sandra's strengths and she highly believes in the body's self-healing capabilities. Besides eating wholesome unprocessed foods, using Homeopathy, Chinese medicine, Bach flower remedies, Essential oils are some of her favorite alternative go-to remedies. As a holistic nutritionist, Sandra offers custom nutrition programs, diabetic nutrition, meal planning, and much more.
