Staybridge Suites Fairfield Napa Valley Area

Hotel staff were wonderful on night of check-in, but the watch we accidentally left in the room was stolen and never turned up to lost & found. It was especially frustrating as the watch wasn't even expensive or worth stealing. Beware the housekeeping staff.

UPDATE: I was asked to email hotel management about my issue, and was completely ignored. No response whatsoever. This hotel employs cleaning staff that will steal items of any value (the watch and wooden carving had sentimental value only) from your room if you mistakenly leave them behind. I returned the day after our checkout and twice more in following weeks asking for these items to be returned. No luck. When you see management responding to a bad review here, know that they don't actually respond to the escalation contact point. It is just for show.

The room we stayed in was pretty dirty . Carpet stain. Stains in mattress cover. air conditioning vents were dusty.

Our room was very comfortable the gentleman the desk was very helpful and polite the beds were comfortable the room was set up nicely and breakfast was good with lots of options

Kind of a sparse hotel. The kitchen had NO equipment. NONE. Not even a bowl or a spoon. The beds are not special. The only good part is the free breakfast. Otherwise, it is like a Motel 6

Very nice and comfy room, perfect for the in-town cozy get-away. The nearby stores and shopping opportunities make it nice as well if you desire to get out during the day to go to local stores or if shopping for food. The hotel offered breakfast and it smelled great but I didn't eat so not sure of the taste but the options were many!

I absolutely loved everything about it all the way down to the smell of the waffles in the morning.

Laminated portion of the floor was sticky! 1 star
Bathroom was not clean - felt like they just took the trash out and called it clean 1 star
Toilet was not flushing - they sent a guy with a plunger : ( 1 star
Sink counter had dust on it - can't even imagine when it was cleaned last time 1 star
Design - excellent 5 stars; Furniture - good 4 stars; Linen - looks like they wash them in-house 3 stars.
