Kids classes are action packed with drills and skills designed to teach self-defense, strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Motivational messages are layered in each class to help kids make smart life choices.
Teens and adults will enjoy a total body workout designed to build confidence for self-defense situations. Students will train in a variety of styles as they progress in their strength, flexibility and endurance.
Learn from a highly experienced instructor, 4th Degree Black Belt John McClean. John has been training in multiple styles of Martial Arts for 20 years. He has been teaching kids, teens and adults since 1998.
