I am a heart and soul-centered therapist, utilizing body-oriented therapies and inner spiritual exploration in addition to talk therapy. My commitment to you is to listen with compassion, openness and unconditional support. I will offer you a safe environment free from judgment, criticism or preconceived beliefs about who you are or how your life "should" be, including your spiritual beliefs. I will help you to get unstuck so that you can better connect with your deepest inner "soul"wisdom. I use EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, meditative exploration, guided imagery and creative arts to help you access your deep wisdom. I also work with couples and families and offer group therapy and a meditation group.
