Staybridge Suites Corona South

The room was nice especially the bed. But the toilet in the bathroom was not working properly. I called ro have someone to come up a fix it which they did. But later that evening had problems again!! Would not flush properly terrible. I let the front desk know about the problem.

We booked this hotel after our Spa experience at the Glen Ivy Resort and this hotel was also a relaxing experience. We loved the clean and spacious room. Breakfast was awesome. The staff was extremely friendly. Will stay again.

We were here for almost two weeks for business. Due to Covid and I think staffing, the rooms were not serviced at all. We could have asked for it but I would recommend at least once a week to service the room. The social hour was wonderful. Got everyone out of our rooms and interact with each other. The power did go out for a little over 5 hours which was fine. It happened during the social hour and the staff tried to illuminate the area best they could. With us being firefighters and there with our engine, we had ample lighting.

Very good stay, clean, professional. Thankful that the hotel was available, while most hotels were already full. Both on the phone and in person the staff was very professional and very approachable .
I don't mind leaving a review but this part of the survey is not necessary, requiring a 50 word response is not necessary, it takes a way from the pleasure of giving a survey.

I've stayed here twice so far and planning to come back soon again. Came down here to visit friends and I don't want to stay anywhere else. Very convenient and friendly.

Everything was perfect. Location is perfect for shopping, dining entertainment and golf.
Staff is friendly, accommodating and genuinely care about the comfort and safety of their customers.
Other than water pressure in my shower, I have no complaints.
I have relatives in Lake Elsinore and I will be staying her from no on when I don't want to make the drive home or just want a little get away.

The location is what brought me here the first time. I have returned again and again because it is clean and the staff is friendly. They have a good variety of snacks in the "Nook" area. The breakfast always has good choices and the area is clean and well laid out.

The rooms are pleasing in every way. Clean, comfortable and roomy. The bathrooms are large. I prefer a tub so I can relax and soak for a bit. During our last stay the bathroom did not have a tub. I was disappointed at first, but the shower was so nice in appearance and the water temperature and pressure were great.
