Centrally located in Carlsbad, Sommerset La Costa features resort style living in our comfortable and stylish two bedrooms.Each unit has been newly renovated with new designer carpet, crown molding/ two tone designer paint, and new countertops throughout. Our condo style homes have plenty of cabinet space in the large open kitchen, with an island style stainless steel sink and new stainless steel appliances to match. Wood burning fireplaces offer the comfort of home in all of our units. Our downstairs units offer privacy, with every unit as a corner unit and three separate patios. Our upstairs units feature dramatic Cathedral ceilings and skylights that really brighten your home. These apartment homes are smartly designed with side by side W/D, new energy efficient appliances, HUGE walk-in closets, EXTRA LARGE storage and individual garages with automatic openers.
Garages are included at no extra charge! We are also a pet friendly community and welcome four legged friends! ( up to 40 lbs. Dogs, 1st floor only)
