We provide written estimates and encourage you to check our references. Handyman rates are $42.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. If your job is relatively small and it appears that it can be performed in 3-4 hours, it is best to work strictly in an hourly basis. For longer jobs we are happy to provide you with a written not to exceed estimate. We provice a labor plus parts detailed invoice. You have the option to purchase any required materials on your own or instruct us to buy it for you.

When the work is completed inspect the work and point out any thing that may have been missed. Contractors are happy to correct missed items and it is far less costly for you and the contractor to have it done right the first time VS coming back to fix it later. Nevertheless if you call us within 24 hours of the service we will cheerfully ask the contractors to return and remedy any missed items. All handyman work carries a sixty (60 ) day warranty . Our labor-only price guarantee means you pay only for labor costs and no mark-up on materials.
