I would trust Dr. Kahen and his staff like I would trust my own family. They advise for things that they feel would be beneficial, and against things they feel you don't actually need! I thought I needed a hair transplant because that what other surgeons had advised. Dr. Kahen recommended PRP and so I went ahead with that.
