Holiday Inn Express Bakersfield Airport

Was a nice night the only thing I wish was different was the fact I was double charged for one night

Great stay. Can be a little noisy at night from outside freeway/highway

Near the airport, relatively safe. Room was good size, bed and bath better than average. Staff was accommodating of requests.

It was a nice hotel, helpful staff, quiet, safe, clean.

Easily accessible to freeway.

They Always offer a nice breakfast.

I didn't use their laundry facility but it's nice to know they have one on site.

Clean, convenient location. Hotel and property are maintained nicely. Free breakfast, not great but it's free.

NIce property.....staff needs to communicate better about....bedding for pull outs....housekeeping etc. Overall was an okay stay.....just better communication would be helpful.

Nice hotel. They put me in the Handicap room but other than that the stay was fine. Would stay again if I'm ever in Bakersfield

We arrived late, check in was a little slow, but there was a line so it's understandable. Not much was done about masks. Not everyone was wearing one in the lobby. I understand why the staff would not address customers about wearing them properly or at all, but at least there was hand sanitizer and plenty of space to stay away from the unmasked Petri dishes.
Overall our stay was great it's really close to Ernst quarries where we went fossil hunting and we're able to use the sink, chair and desk to sort and clean our finds. The rom was clean, only complaint is the elevator is really loud for the rooms nearby.
