Founded by Dr. Scott Lam who received his B.A. in Biology from UC San Diego and Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY in NY, he believes that implementing state-of-the-art technology with thorough patient eye exams results in a better quality of life. We have a friendly and experienced eye care team that works closely with Dr. Lam to ensure we exceed our patient's expectations here at MPO.
