Bed is a 7/10, room is clean but outdated, Bostons is good food.
The 5star rating here is for the service! The service is exceptional! Krista did an amazing job checking me in and made me feel so safe at this hotel. My waitress at Bostons was amazing as well. 15/10 service all around.

It was nice and clean, friendly service, and they had a candy themed Christmas tree the kids loved!! Only thing is they do charge $14 for the breakfast buffet but I feel like they could benefit from a free simple breakfast for guests and a breakfast buffet for other people with more funds.

I like the convenience of being able to bring our dog and the room was comfy and clean. We didn't eat breakfast or any meals here because they did not have foods available to accommodate gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian lifestyles. Not a big deal but we had to plan where to go eat for all our meals outside of the area. They also did not provide water in already in the room upon arrival. Otherwise the stay met our needs.

Large hotel, clean room, heard something through the walls ALL night long - possibly water heater or boiler - left without a full night sleep.

Everyone was friendly. Great food. Do need to fix the south door tho had a hobo come in and try to eat the breakfast for free

Shuttle service, great staff, clean rooms and convenient to everything.

Two lights (lamps) bulbs didn't work. The clock had not been changed from Daylight Savings time (hour fast) and we had to work on the Keurig coffee maker to get it to work. The beds were comfortable though and we got a good nights sleep. We set the clock so the time is correct. All the staff were very nice.
