My neighbor gave me the recommendation for A1 Garage Door, and I'm *so* glad I called. He gave a quote over the phone, which not all shops will do. His low-key and low-pressure demeanor was comforting, and he is trustworthy. When he arrived my system needed a cheaper part than he had quoted and he actually adjusted the price and didn't stick to his original quote (I wouldn't have known the difference). When there was extra work needed he showed me the problem (and it was only a $4 part).
