At Aspen Capital our mission statement is to provide affordable housing. We have over twenty years experience in the real estate business. We participate in all aspects of real estate from acquisition, restoration, development and also offer properties to rent.

Aspen Capital has been a leader at offering “Turn Key” condition properties at wholesale prices. We purchase the foreclosed home and present it to you in like new condition, taking risk out of buying a foreclosed home.

Once we've found and purchased a home, we clean up the property, and in many instances make significant repairs to the property. Even after improvements and upgrades we are usually able to price the home at least $20,000 below similar properties.
