Established in 2010, Dwellings Realty Group was formed out of a need that developed from a distressed economy. When the housing bubble collapsed Steve Rundle, Joshua Roubal, Michael Roubal, and Eric Tont (all family members) formed Dwellings in an effort to help Scottsdale and Greater Phoenix Buyers and Sellers adapt to the ever changing real estate market. The four partners have assisted thousands of clients with buying and selling vacation homes, traditional sales, short sales & foreclosures, investment properties, and foreign national transactions (especially Canadians). Though distressed sales are not as common as they were in 2010, we pride ourselves in our roots and our full scope of knowledge in the continuously cyclical Arizona real estate market.
