Our representation of business clients often begins with the formation of a business entity and continues through the development and growth of the business to sale of the business or transfer to the next generation. However, we also represent clients on single business and personal matters. Many of our clients are retired or salaried employees who need assistance with income tax and estate planning matters. Our team of attorney, legal assistant and secretary have been working together for over 25 years, and we pride ourselves on our efficiency and responsiveness. We realize that our work needs to be done according to the client's schedule, not ours, and we make great effort to accommodate our clients' schedules.
