Not at the MacClinic. Here individualized service and friendly,helpful customer relations is the rule, not the exception. But even more important is the fact that the owners, Bob & Angele Florisi, have been serving the Macintosh community for more than two decades.

We provide both warranty and non-warranty, in-shop and on-site service for all your Macintosh computer equipment from the latest laptop to the oldest system stashed in your attic. Not many operations (even at the largest corporate stores) can boast technicians who have been working with the Mac since the very first 128K. Furthermore, our first response is NOT to insist you purchase a new system -- though we can assist you with that option for you as well. Instead, we provide options -- repair options, upgrade options as well as new and used equipment options. Our troubleshooting includes helping you get the greatest amount of working life out of your existing system, and assisting you in making cost effective decisions that best suit your needs. Those options could include a major or minor hardware repair, replacing parts that no longer function, upgrading your memory or system software, installing an accelerator or increasing your hard drive capacity or even purchasing a completely different system. But whatever the options, you can rely on our expertise and our willingness to help you make an informed decision -- and we promise our explanations will be in plain English, not tech-talk.
