Hotel Indigo Orange Beach - Gulf Shores

Beautiful

Pet friendly was at the top of our list. This hotel had lots of pets while we were there. Cleanliness was fair… twin bed sheet has blood stain, bathroom door frame was dirty around the handle. There is NO beach access and only a small triangle of grass for your dog's relief. There was a fridge but no microwave. ? There is a kuerig but all the pods were decaf. The coffee shop in the shop on site was delicious but I feel a complimentary coffee should be offered. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our dog was comfortable and the price was low.

My wife and I recently stayed five nights at the Indego Hotel in Orange Beach AL. The location, facility, and staff were all excellent. The location was right across the street from the beach. Our room had a beach view, and a great piece of furniture from which to view. The bar and restaurant were both well appointed, efficient, and had great staff members.

Hotel Indigo at OBA was a great experience! The room size and amenities were beyond expectations. And a plus was Southern Grind which offered coffee, breakfast, treats

Customer service is more than saying hello. But a hello is about all you get here after the front desk ladies either pull out their ear buds and get off their cell phones. There is some many things wrong with this place. First is the front desk, in my opinion probably the most important area, first impression, right away was there don't care about you and your stay and how much a room cost a night, you are just another person checking in and lying is acceptable here. I was told certain floor where closed in this case I was told by one lady that the 4th floor was closed and they could not accommodate my preference of being away from the elevator. but the next morning the lady told me I could stay on the 4th floor. Second area is the Room, i was placed in ADA room for hearing and vision. I have none of those problems. However the room décor is nice, but rooms are not clean under the cabinets and desks. The amenities, pool area had a bandage and tape that look as it when around the bandage stuck to the floor for two days. No drink and food vouchers which is important in my opinion to keep guest at the hotel and drinking and eating enjoying those amenities at the hotel, like the restaurant and bar. A good Practices is to give your customer two drink vouchers and they probably going to spend money after to drink and eat there. Which every Hotel Indigo I have been at has done except for this one. Which the front desk lady said they do not do. Its a shame the place has great potential to be a wonderful hotel experience.

LOVED! Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms, and even more amazing staff! I had the pleasure of having several questions throughout my stay answered by Briana. Briana truly always went above and beyond and we are so thankful for her assistance! The cafe on site was good along with the coffee shop! I highly recommend getting a room with a balcony (you can't even hear the freeway from the inside). The rooms were huge and the bathroom was really nice. Cannot wait to go back!

Not service dog friendly and green space for dogs is small and disgusting.
