Holiday Inn Express Mobile West - I-65

The ownership & general managers do not care about the guests! They are having the roof replaced on their building and one of the roofing nails punctured my tires. How do I know it was their nails because it is a roofing nail with an orange plastic ring around it I picked up three of them Out of the parking lot. When I notified the hotel that I had one in my tire the front office manager(very nice person) stated she had to call me back because she needed to speak to the general manager. When she called me back she said " The general manager said that we're not responsible because you can't prove that you got your nail from this hotel" then she went on to apologize. I ask her to have the general manager to return my call and I insured that she had the correct phone number. Three days later no return phone call. Please note this is not about the $14 charge to have my tire repaired or the fact that I had my front tires replaced on November 8 (Perelli high-performance tires $320 each) this is about a complete disregard for me the guest. If you're going to run a hotel perhaps you should learn common courtesy like returning phone calls.

The hotel is not what you would call centrally located but it is a Great
Find.. I have stayed at this location 4 times now in 2 months I believe.
It's my New Place to stay while on Business in Mobile.
Had a King Suite and it was Great..!

This place was great. I will be coming back here. The staff was amazing. The hotel was nice and clean and the pool was great.

Did not feel safe at breakfast . Lack of security at the hotel

Enjoyed lights at the garden and enjoyed are stay love it clean rooms and comfortable beds

My husband and I came to town for a tennis tournament and stayed here for 3 nights along with several other team members. The staff was extremely nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The young woman at the front desk Sonya was not only very professional, but attentive. She made sure that all our needs were met, she answered every question and you could tell she was pleased to help. Our rooms were very clean. I will definitely come back.

We made a last minute decision to stay here while traveling on a long road trip. The Holiday Inn Express is always just perfect and consistently excellent in every one I've stayed at in different states. Very clean, modern with the rooms in amazing condition. Wonderful breakfast provided!
