Great service the tech who installed my stereo was very knowledgeable. Would give a 4 star except for the in house music was not kid friendly even though the cuss words were bleeped. Without the option for changing the station or selecting a different genre of music I won't bring my kids with me. I will however continue to be a customer due to the knowledgeable tech's and staff.Report

Went there and bought amp and tweeters and two 12inch knicker subs. Great price. Real nice guys and very prices and quick, now my ride sounds awesomeReport
I went to the mesquite location to have a get around device installed on my vehicle.Upon picking up the vehicle I noticed that my key had difficulty going in and out of the steering ignition it was kind of rough and it was catching on the way in and out of the ignition and wasn't as smooth as normal.Report
The next day the car ignition ignition would not turn. I called car toys and Finally caught up with the manager I explained the situation and they immediately took a defensive approach and played the blame game his response was the only thing we connected to the ignition was a wiring harness other than that we didn't do anything else to it. It's really a weird contradiction considering that the device has to be connected to the ignition in order for it to work properly. After circling the wagons and playing the blame game.
We eventually set up an appointment and they came out to my home to look at it. They were unable to repair it and kept placing the blame elsewhere so I discussed it I'd get a locksmith and the manager stated if we were at fault we will reimburse you 100%.
The locksmith came out and stated that there was no way for them not to come in contact with the ignition during the installation considering that the harness is connected directly to that system.
My car worked fine before I brought it there and the manager has no empathy whatsoever and plays the blame the game.
If you have an issue with your vehicle at this location and it's their fault bring your boxing gloves the manager will deny that they had anything to do with.
So far this is going to cost me over $500 to get this fixed. I asked the manager to give me the regional manager's number and corporate.

I'll be leaving a review on Facebook regarding my experiences. I called and left a voicemail for the regional manager I will be emailing and calling the corporate office and hopefully I can get a message to the office of the President regarding my experience I need my money reimbursed this is so unfair.
