They have to stick to appt times given I waited over an hour and still did not get in because I left after they kept telling me your next and I never got in

Customer service not so good/empathic. They do not coordinate well. Make sure you call and confirm that everything is set ( even after booking an appointment and all). If not you will drive all the way there only to be told something is not set and rebook and wait a whole month and a half again without them making any adjustments even though it is their fault

The worst dental place ever, waiting for almost two hours and no one said anything about why they are taking too long, I asked the receptionist how long is the wait since we were here for almost an hour and she replied with an attitude saying it’s gonna be another 30 minutes wait, it’s over an hour since she told me that the wait was going to be 30 minutes, I went back and asked them and she said let me find out then I’ll let you know, well I’m still waiting for her to come and let me know, this is the 2nd time that we waited for more than an hour and no one explaining us what’s going on, time to find a new dental office.
