I stayed here with a large family last night. They were very welcoming. The hotel is very clean and upgraded with many amenities. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortably and they slept well.1

Great staff both front desk and in the restaurant/bar. Every precaution was taken to keep patrons safe. Very enjoyable stay even though we ended up staying there due to a unfortunate breakdown.

My family and I are from Chicago, and we visited YNP in April ,It was our first time ,it was marvelous and beautiful! We spent one night in this hotel. The rooms were very clean, excellent service, and we ate breakfast there at the restaurant. It's a bit expensive, but was worth it. One of the waiters were very nice to us.

We were able to relax, sleep well, breakfast was good and staff made us feel welcome. Room was clean and spacious. Had an amazing experience. Definitely coming back next year.

Tried to confirm my reservation and gave all the information. This dude really said "i don't feel comfortable giving out that information" IN ORDER TO PAY FOR MY RESERVATION I HAVE TO KNOW IF I ACTUALLY MADE A RESERVATION. I haven't even been here yet and i'm frustrated by the amount of stupidity this person at the front desk was presenting. One simple question turned into a migraine BECAUSE HE COULD NOT ANSWER A YES OR NO QUESTION EVEN WITH MY CARD INFO IN HAND.

Excited to come to WYS for early season skiing. The Inn kept us well fed and allowed us to hit the trails fresh each day . Can't wait to return.

Upon arrival, the front desk attendant was warm, informative and hospitable. Our room was bigger and nicer than we expected with an ample sitting area. The facility is in great and clean condition. Thankful to spend our holiday here. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Positive: Location was great Negative: The hotel soap dispensers were clogged. The roll of toilet tissue looked like & felt like it was dropped in the toilet. It was stained yellow & crispy. The food was rubbery & tasteless. The game room which was an amenity was full of neighborhood childre
