There's a more "local" Kia dealership near me, but I much prefer to drive to this one! The service techs at Valley-Hi have remained kind and are very straightforward about what they're recommending and do their best to give you accurate estimates, and that's especially important to me as prices of everything continue to rise. The longest service I've had has been approximately 3 hours tops (needed new tires and an alignment), and they notify you when your service is running longer than expected. Also can't beat the complimentary wash...see you again next time, Valley-Hi Kia. ??Report
