Ok, this was my first time getting lip fillers and Justine was SO AMAZING. She was really patient with me because I was so nervous. she truly didn't pressure me to finish she let me take my time and if that doesn't persuade you enough idk what will. she was gentle and today is my second day and I'm not that bruised just sore. She explains the effects and after care so well. Also, she checks up on you the next day to make sure you're still doing good! Justine is SO talented & friendly & knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend her. It was my first time getting lip filler. She knew exactly what to do to give me the look I was going for. Everyone in the medspa was super friendly. I can't wait to go back ??

Such a cute and clean place. All the women are so sweet and encouraging. They are constantly having deals and sales (check their social media) but overall I've had great experiences here. Highly recommend!

I went here to get PRP done for my hair this morning with Justine and she was amazing! She made the whole experience so easy and I barely felt any pain as she was doing it. Can't wait to come back and get more treatments from her!! And the place is so cute!!!

Everyone's experience is going to be different, and in no way is this review a reflection of the staff. They're nice.

I am a 29 yr old doing Botox for preventative measures. I do not have deep lines, and have had Botox done many times having lived in Los Angeles.

My initial appointment was Sept. 11 where I received 36 units of Botox. I had to go back Sept. 26 for 4 more units because the ends of eyebrows would raise when I'd make an expression. I paid for this correction. Not the end of the world. I moved on.

It's now Oct. 29 and I have movement in my forehead, and the ends of my eyebrows lift with expression. It's only been 30 days since my initial appointment. The only two things I can think of that would be the issue, is that it's either not being done properly or the Botox is being overly diluted.

I spent around $1300 on services with this med spa as a first time client because it was referred to me by a friend, and I am not thrilled with the results. Botox treatments typically extend beyond the 3-4 month window for me before I begin to see this kind of movement.

Hi Sierra, I'm sorry that you have movement. We would love to have you back in and see what's going on. Botox varies from person to person, but generally lasts 3 Months, dosage equals length, so if you don't have enough Botox, it will last less. That very well could be the situation, 30 Units is not a lot. With that being said, we are one of the top sellers of Botox in the country, you are more then welcome to call Allergan or request your medical records in order to prove that our product is "quality". Things like this happen, and there are a plethora of reasons why it could happen. The skill of my injectors and or the quality of the product is not one of them. The other thing is when you see a new injector, that injector needs to learn your anatomy, everyone is a little different. If it doesn't last as long as you want, we can tweak some things on our end, that's why we take notes on what we did. I would recommend speaking with your injector, so she can make adjustments. I have reached out to the Manager in Dallas to figure out what's going on. You should hear from her shortly.

Everyone was so sweet and welcoming! I got a "quick lip" with Barbara to touch up filler I had done somewhere else last year. She was SO helpful and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She took the time to stop and ask how I was liking the the shape of my lips and where I wanted to see more filler being placed. Previously I wasn't given an opinion on how my lips were being shaped so this was so awesome to me. I would recommend Barbara to anyone looking to get their lips done!
