They took 1 hour 15 minutes to show up when they estimated less than 45 minutes, and the truck was labeled J&R towing instead of Toro. The website says a local tow should be $55-85 but they ended up charging $140 without an itemized receipt explaining the increase.Report

I needed a tow, so I called AAA and after waiting hours for promised service, I learned on calling them back that no one was coming, but they put me through to a private towing company and in short order, Toro snowed up. What a relief! The driver was professional, courteous, and helpful, and drove us , vehicle in tow, to my dealership in another city. The world needs more professionals like him. I am extremely pleased with the service.Report

I had the best experience with this company. The guy who came out was very cool. He was quick and very professional. It was a lot cheaper then what I expected also. I thought it would be about $250. But it was only $150!!!! I'll be using this company for any towing that I need from here on out!Report
