I recently moved to Huntsville and Thrive has one of the most beautiful sceneries in this area. Many residents take walks outside and others sit on the terrace or back patio to enjoy the trees and the mountain side. Residents are enthusiastic about the daily activities that encourage socializing. I can't say enough positive things about the team and how much they truly care for and look after each resident as if they were their own parent or grandparent. This is definitely a place where older adults can thrive.

Both of my parents reside at Thrive at Jones Farm. One parent is in Assisted Living the other in Memory Care. I cannot begin to express just how happy I am with the care my parents are receiving. The nursing staff is wonderful. They keep me up-to-date on my parents health, lab work, and general health. They are quick to have them seen by the CRNP or doctor when needed. They have called for x-rays, sonogram and lab work that was all able to be done without leaving the building. They take my parents health and wellness seriously. The Personal Care Assistants are very good at their jobs and go the second mile. One of my dad's Care Assistants goes as far as making sure to write down for him all the Univ. of Tennessee games, what time and channel they are on so he never misses a game. I also appreciate all the activities and opportunities they have for socializing with other residents. From the red carpet that was rolled out when they arrived to the holiday celebrations to celebrating National Donut Day, there is always fun in the air. I truly believe that my parents receive the very best care possible.

Thrive has been the biggest blessing as I decided to move my loved one to assisted living. Their open communication, intentional care and loving community helps to ease my worry and reassure me that this was the best next step. I can clearly see the positive impact that the environment at Thrive continues to make on my loved one's day-to-day and overall standard of living.

Thrive at Jones Farms has truly been a blessing to my mom & to our family . It was hard for her & our family to make the decision to move her from her home.But it has been the best decision ever! Rachael , Jessica & all the staff have been so supportive helping us through the transition. My mom has been there since February & she has been living her best life! It's so comforting to know she is has a safe ,comfortable place to live in. She enjoys the meals, all the activities & making new friends. She hasn't been this happy is years! My mom is definitely Thriving here!

I LOVE Thrive at Jones Farm! The community is BEAUTIFUL! The Residents, Families, & Team are super nice and supportive. I feel like we are one big family! I've been part of this industry for almost 10 years... Thrive at Jones Farm is a special community!

I currently work here and LOVE it... It's so rewarding to see so much life in a senior community! We have some new senior leaders that are so passionate about our residents which leads to a GREAT quality of life!!! That's so hard to find!!! I love love love seeing our residents THRIVE!!!!

This community is stunning beyond words! And the team is unmatched. There is so much life in the community; always something fun going on!

Leadership with Donna Olsen heading it up will never be good. She has job hopped all over town and continues to speak poorly about her previous teams and facilities. When she left Thrive the first time she had nothing nice to say about Thrive. Shocked that she is back there now with all the negative comments that were made. She continues to make scathing remarks about her team, residents and their families. This is disheartening.
