We are very pleased with our experience working with The Window and Door Shop, Inc. They were accommodating in meeting with us to explore our options. And extremely accommodating and understanding when we kept wavering back and forth between choices. Our windows arrived on time and were packed well for transport. Hi! You were all so helpful even when I came in without an appointment! Our new crank Marvin window replacement handles are perfect. They really freshened up the look of our frames. I needed a replacement part for an older sliding glass door, and Warren was really helpful in tracking down the right part and getting it ordered. He was also able to refer me to a contractor who had experience installing them.

If you need a budget windows, that's the place . No high end windows here .

Hello Vadim, We don't have a record of your name. I'm sorry if you had a bad experience with us. If you can please message me or call me to let me know what prompted you to write this review, I would be more than happy to address any concerns you may have.

Working with The window and Door to resolve issue. Delay in response was due to holiday and personal time off, they assure me they were trying to resolve during the time off. Gabby seems to be on this with manufacture to solve issue. Will post after solved.

Previous post: We spent $7,000 plus on a service window. The window does not line up with frame, so it can't close much less lock. It's been 3 days since I contested the sales Rep and i get emails that someone will call me, but no one has.

Hello Gloria, I received notification of the issue with the window on Wednesday. Since I was at my son's graduation, I sent you an email acknowledging receipt of your msg and letting you know I was working on it. I contacted the window manufacturer immediately and asked their territory rep if he could call and/or go by the jobsite. I kept you informed of what I was doing. I left you a voicemail and sent you a couple of emails. On Thursday, you called the office complaining that you hadn't heard from me and my assistant read you the emails that I had sent you. You told her that you hadn't seen them because you had been out of the office. On Friday, i received a call from the territory rep that he had gone by the jobsite to look at the issue, taken pictures, and gotten the information he needed. He tried calling you but there was no answer. He spoke to one of your workers there as well. I sent you an email on Friday before I left the office assuring you (again) it was a top priority and that we would continue working on it upon our return to the office on Tuesday. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of this issue. I can assure you we work on these diligently and promptly and I will continue to do so this week. Thank you.

The ordering process with Elia (reviewing samples, defining style, sizes, etc.) was especially easy and quick. The price of the door, while not inexpensive (+8K) was competitively and fairly priced when compared to two other contractors in the Sac area.

As for the product, Jeld-Wen (Aurora Estate) makes a great product. And, it was the only oversized door that we could find that was fiberglass and yet looks like real beautiful wood (without the maintenance that a wood door would require since its placement has full weather exposure).

Couldn't be happier with the contractor and the mfg.

Gaby is a joy to work with. She kept me up to date and sent me all the project details ahead of time. My new door looks amazing! Thanks to everyone at The Window and Door Shop, I most definitely will do business with them again.

from start to finish the process was great. My salesman Steve was extremely helpful and available throughout. we started from a rough idea and narrowed it down to the finished product that once perfectly installed (by a vendor he recommended). I never thought i would be so happy about a door, but we are very happy with the end result. i would highly recommend the team at the window and Door shop if you want a put in a high end quality door.

My experience with Warren at The Window and Door Shop has been great!! He is not only super accommodating but patient, super knowledgeable and sweet. His knowledge has put me at ease many times as we have worked together on a very large project as well as other smaller follow up projects. I would not hesitate to work with any of his staff!!
