Add ReviewBeautiful hotel, but our jr.suite had a view of a nasty roof below. We were not advised of the $25 fee to every guest, we used points, but paid it. You get $25 in restaurant for that...unlimited cup of coffee was $9...lol.Report

The one star is because the front desk staff is professional and polite. The room was what I expected from a 5-star hotel, but the in-room dining was very bad. Didn't taste good, but worst of all, I GOT FOOD POISONING. I came to Dallas for an interview and had to cancel because I was sick. Food poisoning is horrible (had extreme back and stomach pain, fever and chills, and projectile vomited several times), but what was worse was how the staff and "loss prevention" group handled this. I 100% believe they were in cahoots with the fire department that came. They told me that it wasn't food poisoning because I would have been pale (doesn't make sense because I have dark skin) and wouldn't have been able to talk to them without vomiting (which also isn't true because not all food poisoning is severe). I literally was afraid for my life because of how I felt so I called 911 (could barely walk because of the pain) and I had to deal with uneducated and unethical paramedics and staff, who told me not to go to the ER because they would just give me fluids anyway and it wouldn't be worth it. Go to RC Dallas, but if you get injured or sick, RECORD AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING.ReportRe: The one star is because t ...
