I had an old case from 2005 and Lyle from Shrager defense got it administratively dismissed without me having to come all the way from Vegas to go to court. Great guy, always keeps you up to date, and does what he says. Thanks again Lyle!Report
Dave is the best. I looked him up and studied his background and I am glad I did. He not only knows the law, he knows how the systems work and he knows the people working in them. I had a long drawn out case that lasted four months and he stuck by my side seeing the process through four hearing and winning the case in the end and expunged the whole incident. Wow who else could have managed that. Life is back on track thanks to Dave and his staff. I can't thank them enough.Report
Dave, Erin & their whole team are awesome! Not only do they provide THE BEST legal defense, they are amazing to work with. They have helped me personally on multiple occasions and always obtained the best outcome possible. They keep you informed and feeling confident throughout the entire process, and that peace of mind is priceless. I would highly, highly recommend the team at Schrager Defense Attorneys to anyone seeking the best legal advice possible.Report

Thank you Jennifer!
Law firm was super responsive, friendly and provided tons of knowledge. Each person was very respectful, they didn't treat me any type of way. David heard my case and felt that he could get the matter resolved, which he did. Ultimately Dave got my case withdrawn from court along with filing a petition on my behalf for my recorded to expunged.Report
All and all I would recommend them to anyone who's in need of help. This team is super professional and very responsive.

Do not hire Lyle Dresbold. I watched him lose case after case today. Interrupting the judge and not prepared for his cases whatsoever. I took kis business card just so I knew never to hire his firm... but I was shocked to see he was from shrager. They almost got my money... and they want tons. Stay away from worgul and ness too. Another big money, do nothing firm. I did better than both of them defending myself. Still lost...Report
But lost for free. And my public pretender wasnt bad. She did more for me than any lawyer I've had... well, she did get me my plea bargain, but I'm still getting punished for a tier three dui despite it being a tier one thanks for the corrupt system, no cameras, and five lying officers.. so... I guess there's that too. My arresting officer didnt even respect the court enough to follow the mask rules and they still took his word over mine despite the whole situation not making any sense. Who refuses a chemical test but agrees to take a breathalyzer 4 times on two different machines? Apparently the guy who already found out 10 years ago that refusals are just a way to lose your license longer.
