My phone call today with the front office really broke the camel's back. To anyone interested in living here don't be. You are better off considering other housing options.

The service here is terrible, good luck getting maintenance out to you within a week. No one is ever available to answer the phone I have been waiting for 3 months for them to fix the front lock on my door and today after scheduling for someone to come by at 4pm to fix it I was told that the property manager had "left for the day because she forgot that it was her birthday and had to get new tags" and NO ONE THOUGHT TO TELL ME THIS! After saying that it was only the few times where I'm able to be home?

I have been dealing with a broken front door for months, I have to keep calling and calling to get answers and no one up at the front seems to want to be proactive in helping me. I learn weeks later that the machine needed to program the key fobs isn't working. I learn days later that the things required to fix my door are on back order. Why doesn't anyone offer the courtesy of telling me these things?! Why not reach out to me and tell me this?

The lock to my home is broken, this is a major risk to my privacy, property and the safety of myself and my roommates and the front office doesn't care.

Don't let the new construction fool you. I have been without a working refrigerator for 2 months and counting. We were given a mini refrigerator after I emailed them daily and requested it and $150 off of rent also after me requesting it and having to provide receipts for lost groceries to get it. I see other ppl with similar reviews and I've been told that we aren't the only residents with broken refrigerators. I have never waited this long for an emergency maintenance request. I'm not even able to cook like I used to and we had to throw away all of the food in our freezer. I work from home and have a toddler so this has been a huge inconvenience. I could continue about some past inconveniences as a result of the neighborhood construction but I'll just stop here.

Ever since moving in here this place has been terrible for us. The roof has leaked since day 1, they threw some paint on it as a fix, still leaks everytime it rains. There is virtually no place to park your vehicles. The list goes on but definitely do your research before you are stranded here for a year. UPDATE: The roof is still leaking in the same spot, even worse at this point. They continue to try to paint over it and call it fixed. Hoping the ceiling doesn't fall through while we are under that area. These townhouses are very poorly built and I wouldn't recommend anyone live here.

These town homes are the worst I have ever rented. They are over priced and put together horribly. I would never recommend any one to rent from here.

OK so I didn't think I was going to have any problems. As the other residence because I thought I had a newly constructed home that just finished. Boy was I 100% wrong I wanted to so badly like this place. Since the moment I moved in I have had all kinds of problems. Luckily I have a lot of family who works in construction and if an actual inspector who does their actual job saw this place it would fail inspection immediately. First off I shouldn't be seeing bolts for the structure of any drywall at all but lately they've been popping up more and more like it's trying to give up on itself. I have had leaky pipes because of whoever installed the dishwasher the way it is set up even by maintenance fixing it there's going to be future problems. Also I wasn't able to use 3 of my bathrooms for extended amount of time over a month . All maintenance did was a little quick fixes and I don't expect much because they're not the actual people who should be really doing the job so I cannot blame them. I do blame the contractors or whoever they have hired unfortunately they need to find other people to construct these properties. I try to put as many pictures as I possibly could of some of the issues I've been having but there's so many keep in mind this is a newly construction home. I shouldn't have any dents bruises or anything to this place. Unfortunately I have many the doors I have a problem with almost all of them and as you can see in some of the pictures they did a little quick fixes like I wouldn't notice on the outside coming in my home they still have yet to fix the front door which if someone wanted to they could literally push my door open without having to kick in or use some kind of object to pry it open. On top of that the structure for their little fake balcony is not even properly done which leaves me very concerned because I have a toddler. I do have a security system just in case my son tries to open the door but it leaves me worried. I also recently found out that not one property here has screened windows at all so I have to have security on all of them just in case for my toddler. Also a lot of the flooring was done improperly especially in some of the bathrooms where leakage can occur paint throughout the whole place was not really done and some of the pictures can show the proper sealer for the bathrooms were not done you can tell so expect mold in the future I also had problems with rattling of the AC shouldn't have had that problem. please listen when everybody is saying there is absolutely no parking unless you have enough space in your garage and your driveway if your driveway short and you have multiple cars you're going to have trouble. Did I also mention most of my maintenance request because there was so many have yet to be done or they say they're done but they have not finish. The structure for this place I feel like at any monument could collapse that scares me. I have also noticed that the driveway that was just done is cracking. I continuously also have problems with neighbors using my driveway constantly or my property in general to do whatever they feel like doing. I try my best to always be respectful even if they're not.I truly was not expecting issues like I have for the amount of rent I am paying and I have only been here for 2 months now. Also why is it that the master bedroom bathroom has no drawers at all and shouldn't it have a docent they made it huge in the four-bedroom but at what expense. The person that stated that this property was finished when clearly it wasn't is horrible and then if you want things done boy because everybody else is calling for maintenance yeah it's going to be a long time or they're never going to notify you on the day they actually come and then they literally come for like two minutes because my camera records every time there's movement of course the jobs not done. Oh and if you need pest control which you will because there's ants like crazy spiders and everything pest control will not come still waiting. There's so much more...

I hesitated to write this review but after seeing that other tenants are receiving the same poor service as we are, I had to do this. We've been here for 3 months and I have to say the service here is very poor. Request for maintenance service is delayed by 5+ days and it seems like no one ever answer the phone. I have been waiting 6 days for someone to repair a door knob (materials used in construction poorly installed or really bad quality). The rent is too high to not receive service that is commensurate. When I pay rent this high, I expect better service.

I give 2 stars because the homes are beautiful and location is ideal. I am ready to move out!

For legal reasons, I won't go into specifics. However I will say to please read the bad reviews and do your diligence. Do not take this property at face value.
By far the worst experience I've had. Planning on buying out of my lease just to get peace of mind back.
